Update....Called them back myself. They said policy was never issued but I still have to pay for it. Spoke to Charlene and she said that I have coverage until the 20th but when I called State Farm, they said I have no coverage. Wow! I am billed for coverage I never had.
Charlene works in Jason's office and set our insurance up for us. She was delightful to work with. Kind and understanding. Since then she has been there to answer every question that we have no matter how big or small. They give you that small town customer service.
Anytime that I have needed anything and I go to him he gets it done quickly and efficiently. He has never hesitated to meet with me to work around my busy schedule which is awesome. He is the best agent you could ask for!
Jason is an awesome agent. We had to file a claim shortly after we switched over and he lead us through the process and followed up with us until it was settled. He is always trying to help with product knowledge and information.
Jason Burchfield's office contacted me to switch my homeowners and auto insurance to State Farm insurance. I paid the money to get it started and canceled my policy with Allstate since they had more than doubled my auto insuranxe rate. About a month later, I recieved a letter saying yhat yheu were canceling my homeowners but I need to pay for yhe coverage from 12/2/2016 thru 1/20/2017. I called on 1/18/2016 to cancel both policies since I had purchased insurance from Progressive. They informed me that the policy was inactive. They can't tell me when it became inactive and told me that they would have Jason Burchfield call me. He sent me a bill to pay for coverage that he isn't even providing! Still waiting for that phone call. How can you not know when you ended coverage on my home?? Did I ever have coverage at all??? Don't trust them!
Horrible customer service. Never follow up, solve simple problems, or communicate. He is all about selling a policy and that is it. I switched to another agent that changed my experience around. Jason almost caused me to cancel with State Farm.
