I like the store mostly... It's close to my home so I'm in there frequently. Twice I had problems with the men who work in the deli so I avoid them but I thought I'd give them another try. So I went in the other day and the store was nearly empty. I went to the deli counter and said hello to the man working behind the counter. He said he'd be with me in a minute. I don't know how long a minute is to him but I waited and waited and waited while he sliced up cheese, ham, and stuff I assume for a large deli tray order? I finally got disgusted and walked off. I also don't like that I often have to ask for help as the shelves are often not stocked especially the quart size half and half! I've had problems with the bakery losing my order twice, too, but hopefully with this new bakery manager, the problem won't happen again.
Fast check out, short lines. Very clean. Friendly and helpful employees. Excellent deli, awesome hoagies.
